Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, such as increased website traffic or revenue.

The Client acknowledges that third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins) are beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

Upon termination, the Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
